3 cups Fiesta Desiccated Coconut
3/4 cup Sugar
1 can big Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Butter, melted
4 pcs. Egg, medium size
1 tsp Vanilla
Separate the egg white from egg yolks. Set aside
In a mixing bowl, combine Fiesta Desiccated Coconut, melted butter, condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Mix well.
In a separate bowl. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form then gradually add sugar with continuous beating.
Fold in the Fiesta Desiccated Coconut mixture into egg white mixture. Do not over mix or over beat.
Put a teaspoonful of the mixture into each macaroon aluminum baking cup lines with 1 oz baking cup paper.
Bake at 365 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 -30 minutes until golden brown.
